Missfit Nail Studio appointment terms & conditions

  • Missfit Nail Studio is a private, appointment-only space. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you to ensure a calm, unhurried, one-on-one experience.

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to the card on file
    • Charges are processed automatically

  • Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

    • 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service
    • 15+ minutes late may result in refusal of service
    • If service cannot be completed safely or fully, it will be rescheduled and cancellation policies may apply
    • The studio door may be locked after 15 minutes

  • For the safety of all clients and in accordance with Arizona State Board of Cosmetology standards:

    Services will not be performed if you present with:
    • Open wounds, cuts, or abrasions
    • Fungal infections or nail infections
    • Warts, inflamed skin, or contagious conditions
    • Any condition deemed unsafe or unsanitary

    Missfit Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service if any condition poses a risk.

  • By booking, you consent to photography and video content being taken for business and marketing use.

    • No identifying personal information will be shared
    • Pedicure content is performed on designated models only

  • Missfit uses botanical oils, essential oils, and specialty products.

    • Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, sensitivities, and medical conditions prior to service
    • Missfit Nail Studio is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions
    • If irritation occurs, service may be stopped immediately for safety

  • Missfit prioritizes nail health, structure, and long-lasting results.

    • Longevity depends on proper aftercare and lifestyle
    • Nails are not tools — misuse (picking, prying, etc.) will affect wear
    • Normal wear and tear varies by client

    Repairs

    • Complimentary repairs are offered within 7 days
    • Repairs are provided only if the issue is not due to client damage
    • All repairs are subject to inspection

  • • Nail art is not included and requires additional time
    • If not booked in advance, it is not guaranteed
    • Art may be declined if time does not allow

  • Missfit Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time for:

    • Health or safety concerns
    • Late arrivals
    • Policy violations
    • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
